    Having a purpose is important for the mind, body and soul. Your entire life purpose is the reason that you get up in the morning. Having a purpose means you have your own reason to be here. Purpose is the reason that something exists. So ask yourself, why do I exist. Having a purpose can offer a sense of necessity for the soul and direction for ones individuality.     Slay your own dragon.

    Sometimes I view procrastination as an evil dragon. Even though we don’t always admit it, we can only carry so much around comfortably and effectively. This can cause an indirect growth pattern to our to-do list. How so? Because when we try to take on to much we spread ourself thin. Somethings will not get the full attention they deserve and somethings could get more attention than they deserve. Our mind gets hung up in a rate of switch tasking that could spin out of control at any moment tossing out items that were not caught up in the specific moment.     Today I was fortunate to spend my time with absolutely beautiful young ladies between the ages of 17-21 at the 2019 Clara Barton Forum. It is important to note that we are all beautiful in our own way. We are all very unique in our own way and my life tragedy is no less or more than your life tragedy. I am asked to volunteer my time to share my life story, I am asked to share why I prospered and how. What these young ladies do not realize is that they are teaching and showing me the way as well.
